■ Display and standby mode
The indicators described below are displayed when the phone is ready for use and 
no characters have been keyed in by the user. When this display is shown, the 
phone is said to be in ‘standby mode’.
1. Indicates the cellular network in which the phone is 
currently being used.
2. Shows the signal strength of the cellular network at 
your current location.
3. Shows the battery charge level.
4. Shows the function of the left selection key (
Menu
).
5. Shows the function of the right selection key (
Names
).
Other essential indicators
You have received a text or picture message.
You have received a voice message (network service).
The phone will not ring or beep when you receive a call since all the phone 
tones are turned off.
The phone’s keypad is locked.
The alarm clock is on. The alarm tone will be heard even if the all the 
phone tones are turned off.
All your calls are diverted.
