Making a calendar note
For keying in letters and numbers, see

Press

Organiser

Calendar
 or move the joystick to the right in 
standby mode to go to the monthly view. Scroll to the date that you want, press 
Options
 and select 
Make a note
. Select one of the following note types:

Meeting
 - Key in the note, press 
Options
 and select 
Save
 (or search for the 
name in contacts and press 
OK
). Key in the location of the meeting, press 
Options
 and select 
Save
. Key in the start time for the meeting and press 
OK
, 
and then key in the end time and press 
OK
. To set the alarm for the note, select 
With tone
 or 
Silent
 (no alarm tone) and then set the alarm time.

Call
 - Key in the phone number, press

. Key in the 
name, press

. (Instead of keying in the phone number, 
you can search for the name and number in contacts). Then key in the time for
