To change the countdown time, select 
Change time
; or to stop the timer, select 
Stop timer

If the alarm time is reached when the device is in the standby mode, the device 
sounds a tone and flashes the note text if it is set; otherwise, it flashes the text 
Countdown time up
.
To stop the alarm, press any key. If no key is pressed, the alarm automatically stops 
within 30 seconds. To stop the alarm and delete the note text, select 
Exit
.
■ Stopwatch
You can use the stopwatch to measure time, take intermediate times, or take lap 
times. 
Using the stopwatch or allowing it to run in the background when using other 
features increases the demand on battery power and reduces battery life.

start the time observation. Select

 every time you want to take an 
intermediate time; the intermediate times are listed below the running time on
