Instant messaging (IM) allows you to converse with others and join 
discussion forums (IM groups) with specific topics (network service).
Check the availability of IM services, pricing, and tariffs with your 
service provider. Service providers also provide instructions on how to 
use their services. 
Connect to an IM server
